Senior Counsel*

Lindsay Christopherson practices in the area of commercial real estate. She has broad real estate experience and has represented clients in acquisitions, dispositions and financings of commercial real property, real estate fund formation work, joint ventures, property development, ground leases and building leases. Her clients have included developers, private equity firms, retailers (including the world's largest retailer) and others.

Lindsay graduated from Duke University with a double major in Public Policy Studies and Russian. She was elected President of the Class of 1998. While at Harvard Law School, Lindsay served as Associate Editor of the Harvard International Law Journal and was awarded a scholarship in Foreign Language and Area Studies from the U.S. State Department.

Prior to working at Tatum Hillman & Powell, LLP, Lindsay was an attorney with the commercial real estate groups of Tatum, Levine & Powell, LLP (Atlanta 2008-2009); King & Spalding LLP (Atlanta, 2004-2007) and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP (New York, 2001-2004).

Lindsay and her husband have two children. In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys travel, Duke basketball and volunteer work.
