Elizabeth Tatum focuses specifically in the area of commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, development and leasing of shopping centers, multi-use developments and industrial properties. Elizabeth’s thirty years of experience also includes the financing, development, sales and leasing of all types of commercial real estate, large tract assemblages and tax deferred exchanges for real estate developers, users and investors, including seventeen years of serving as outside real estate counsel for the world’s largest retailer throughout the State of Georgia and representation of The Coca-Cola Company in its assemblage of Coca-Cola Olympic Park in downtown Atlanta. In addition to real estate development, Elizabeth has significant experience in tenant and landlord representation in office, retail and industrial leasing. She now devotes her practice to a few clients, including serving as general counsel to an industrial real estate brokerage and investment company, Oxbow Real Estate, LLC and to an industrial converting company, E&T Converters, Inc.

Prior to becoming a partner with Tatum Hillman & Powell, LLP in 1999, Elizabeth practiced in the commercial real estate departments of Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP and Peterson Dillard Young Asselin & Powell.

Elizabeth and her husband Tony have three grown children. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys travel, equestrian activities and volunteer work for various organizations.
