Susan Kolodkin has practiced corporate and transactional law for over 30 years. She represents both large and small clients in the acquisition, sale, development, licensing and distribution of technology and other assets, the formation of partnerships and other strategic alliances, and a variety of information technology and outsourcing transactions. She drafts and negotiates complex documents and helps create collaborative and beneficial relationships for her clients and their partners, employees, customers, and vendors. Representative clients include AMB Group, LLC (including the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United and Mercedes Benz Stadium), Voya Financial, Grail Research, LLC and Phoenix Capital Ventures, LLC.
Prior to joining THP, Susan served as an associate and of counsel to King & Spalding, a partner at Minkin & Snyder, and an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
In addition to practicing law, Susan Kolodkin currently serves as an adjunct professor at Emory University Law School.
